Just had an amazing dinner out with the co-workers. Graham Elliot has a great atmosphere and really sets the mood. For example, the decor on the walls - I thought they were just simple, elegant black boxes filled with lights. In reality, they were black boxes filled with lemons. Lemons!
Now let us discuss the food. Ammmmmazing. I had a deconstructed cesaer salad, a steak/potato/jam concoction and chocolate cream cheese cakeness. I won’t even dare to try to describe the tastes, flavors and wonderfulness that was this three course meal. The wine also could have been named after my family, if I had an Uncle Charles that is.
I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone who asks. Heck, I’d recommend it to people even if they didn’t ask.
Now that I am full and happy, it’s time to curl up with the puppy and enjoy the rest of the weekend!!
